On September 20, 2007, Process Servers Network of Texas (PSN) was approved by the Process Servers Review Board (PSRB) and the Supreme Court of Texas to provide certification training for all 254 counties in Texas (including Harris County).
PSN has a comprehensive training curriculum specially designed to educate process servers on civil process.
We have also included information on “How to set your fees”, “How to attract clients”, “How to start a process serving business inexpensively” and most importantly.....”Where are the clients”.
